Privacy Policy

• Account and sign-in details: your email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, and basic profile information.
• Creator profile details you choose to enter so generated content sounds like you.
• Campaign and offer information: the offer you are promoting, your affiliate links, audience notes, and structured product research you create in the app.
• Content and assets: generated or edited copy, images, briefs, uploads, and brand assets.
• Support messages and anything you include in them.

When you enable a hosted opt-in page, it collects the email address of the person opting in, and their first name where you enable that field. We process those leads to store them for you, deliver them to the autoresponder or integration you have connected, and support the follow-up you set up. You are the one responsible for how you contact those people and for the consent and disclosures your promotion requires.

If you connect an email, autoresponder, tracking, or domain service, we store the connection details and tokens needed to keep that integration working, plus the limited data exchanged with it. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

Purchases are processed and facilitated by our commerce provider. We receive purchase and subscription metadata — such as the purchase email, product or tier purchased, transaction identifiers, and refund or reversal status — so we can grant, maintain, and correct access. Raw card numbers and payment credentials are handled by the commerce and payment providers, not by OfferMotion.

Like most online services, we handle technical information such as IP address, device and browser characteristics, timestamps, pages and features used, error and diagnostic logs, and records used to detect abuse or rate-limit sensitive actions like password resets.

• To provide the service: generate assets, publish hosted pages, deliver leads, track visits and clicks, and show your results.
• To manage accounts, plans, entitlements, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, and access recovery.
• To send service and transactional email such as account setup and password reset messages.
• To provide support and investigate issues you report.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and enforce our terms.
• To improve reliability and product quality.
• To meet legal, accounting, and dispute-handling obligations.

We use third-party providers to run OfferMotion. These fall into categories such as hosting, database and authentication; AI content and image generation; content delivery and domain services; transactional email delivery; commerce and subscription processing; and the optional autoresponder or marketing integrations you choose to connect. Providers we use include Supabase, the OpenAI API, Cloudflare, Resend, and WarriorPlus, along with optional integrations such as Systeme.io, AWeber, and GetResponse. Not every provider is involved for every customer — optional integrations only apply if you connect them.

Providers receive only what they need for their role, and we do not authorise them to use your information for their own unrelated marketing. We may also share information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of OfferMotion, our customers, or the public.

To generate content, we send relevant inputs — such as your creator profile details, offer research, and campaign context — to our AI provider. We do not send your account password or payment credentials for content generation. Review AI output before you publish it.

We use cookies and browser storage for essential purposes: keeping you signed in, maintaining your session and preferences, securing forms, and measuring visits and clicks on your own hosted pages and tracked links so we can show you your campaign stats. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, but signing in and some features will stop working.

We keep your account, campaign, content, and lead data while your account exists and for as long as needed to run the service. Some records — including purchase, refund, and entitlement history, security logs, and limited generated data — may be retained internally after that where needed for audit and dispute review, troubleshooting, security, legal compliance, or legitimate reinstatement of access.

We use measures such as access controls, row-level database security, encrypted connections, server-side handling of sensitive keys, and rate limiting on sensitive actions. No online service can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and tell us at support@offermotionhq.com if something looks wrong.

You can view and edit much of your information inside the app, disconnect integrations, delete campaigns and content, and cancel your subscription at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or objecting to certain processing. Contact support@offermotionhq.com from your account email and we will respond in line with applicable law. Some information may be retained as described under Retention.

OfferMotion is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

OfferMotion and the providers we use may store and process information in countries other than the one you live in. Where information moves across borders, we rely on the protections offered by the providers we choose and applicable legal requirements.

We may update this policy as the product and our providers change. The "last updated" date above will change when we do.
